A highly adaptive, competitive card game

Do you give up a chance to use a splendid action in favor of getting even more astounding cards? Since every card can be used in multiple ways, Dale of Merchants requires some tough choices. You can’t win the game without letting go of your cards.

In the game, players are merchants taking part in a trading competition, competing against each other for the opportunity to join the illustrious Guild of Extraordinary Traders.

The objective of the game is to use the multi-purpose cards to build a complete merchant’s stall faster than anyone else. Players start the game with a relatively weak starting deck which they can improve during the game by acquiring new cards. To be successful, players will have to balance expanding their deck, refining it, and ultimately sacrificing cards from it while also preventing the other players from doing the same.

With 6 different decks, the replayability of the game is extremely high. You get fresh gameplay by mixing various decks from game to game. Do you want to play with the Thieving Northern Raccoons, bend the rules with Adapting Veiled Chameleons or bring total chaos with Lucky Ocelots? The first player to complete astounding merchant stall is the winner of the game!

Dale of Merchants 2 is a standalone expansion for the original Dale of Merchants. It contains 6 brand new decks and can be played by itself or combined with the decks from the first game.

There’s also a new ruleset for 4 players introducing a team battle! These greatly enhance the 4 player experience by adding cooperation between team mates while cutting down downtime.

The free trade city of Yengzuh is searching for a new Trade Master, a head of the city and its bustling commerce. Hopeful merchants take part in a trading competition, acquiring goods, building up their stalls, and sabotaging the competitors in hopes of fulfilling their ambitions. But only one shall be victorious and take up the mantle of the new Trade Master.

Do you want to take risks with the Reckless marbled polecats, threat your opponents with Intimidating dwarf crocodiles, or help everyone with the Friendly fennec foxes?

Dale of Merchants 3 is a stand-alone game which introduces 6 new animalfolk decks. It can be played by itself. However, it is even better when combined with other games from the Dale of Merchants series.

Each deck is themed around different animalfolks with a different gameplay focus and mechanics. For example, Sharing Short-beaked Echidnas borrow cards from other players while Prepared Grizzled Tree-kangaroos are good at protecting their own valuables.
