Neuroshima Hex: Beasts is a new faction expansion to the best-selling Portal Games evergreen title Neuroshima Hex.

The new army represents various animal species that survived Moloch’s attack. These beasts are fierce, and they have but a single goal: to protect their territory. They spare no one, including their own. The expansion introduces a new game concept – friendly fire. Ferocity and wrath are unstoppable and units in the new army can damage their own friendly tiles.

The Moloch attack on Omega had unforeseen consequences: damage to the facility set three abominations free! They are the product of a secret genetic research project, code-named "Dancer". Now, half-mad, vicious, and with uncontrollable instincts, these creatures have been unleashed and fight for survival in the post-apocaliptic wasteland of Neuroshima Hex!

The Death Breath is a terrifying virus which began spreading forth from the eastern enclaves of the Moloch. It infects every living thing, devolving them into brainless, bloodthirsty beasts. In 2050 Mississippi is a toxic sewage draining directly from the interior of Moloch. The river and its vicinity hidden in poisonous fumes are known as the Belt of Death or seedbed of mutants. Warriors of the Mississippi, clad in coats and gas masks, diffuse the worst of the diseases and poisons.

The main advantage of the army is the ability to massively poison the enemy HQ with Venom as well as to thwart the enemy plans. The other advantages are noticeable resistance to attacks and ability to bypass the enemy's defense. The army's disadvantages are low number of Warriors, low mobility, low toughness, as well as a complete lack of armor.

Neuroshima Hex! New York is a single army expansion for Neuroshima Hex! The advantage of this army is the diversity of its units, including a lot of shooting units. A great strength is the Headquarters, which gives additional endurance points, and the presence of spies, which can use enemy modules.

The army's disadvantage is a smaller possibility of creating strong offensive coalitions, and the fact that the HQ's special ability is rather defensive.

A pirate flag fluttered over the Caribbean islands where King Contamination and Queen Neo-Jungle would rule. The gangsters of the seas have a few surprises for their enemies... The new army plays by unprecedented rules, extending the standard Battlefield with special Water Spaces, to which only Pirates have access. The large quality of battle tiles allows them to control the pace of the game, which is crucial when planning in the headquarters location throughout the game. Pirates weakness is the low Initiative and lack of Toughness, as well as the negligible Mobility of non-floating units.

Remember that the Pirate Army cannot be used when playing with the Expanded Battlefield rules (5 and 6 player games, or expanded 4 player games).

Sand Runners are the remaining forces that were once sent to face Moloch at the very beginning... A bunch of nut-cases who lost their minds during that time. The very moment people believe they know everything there is about them, the most bizarre things happen...

This is not a standalone game. The base set of Neuroshima Hex! 3.0 is required to play.

Sharrash: a mysterious yet well-organized community of mutant rats characterized by superhuman intelligence. They live underground, in the tunnels and canals of the destroyed cities, accompanied by their servants: degenerate humans and mutants. They do not allow strangers anywhere near them, fiercely defending their nests, and their fighters will not hesitate to offer their lives to the pack. The Sharrash rats are not mere animalsthey are mutants who are smarter than humans and far less predictable. And now they have entered the Neuroshima Hex world.

The main advantages of the Sharrash army include their HQ`s mobility, the ability to blow up even the fastest enemy units and to paralyze the slower ones, and using mortars to bypass the enemy`s defenses. Another Sharrash`s strong point is a special Foundation Tile (the Hole), which is difficult to discard and can easily thwart the enemy`s plans. Sharrash`s weakness is the number of fighting units (smaller than in other armies), their low mobility, toughness, and initiative, as well as a complete lack of armors.

Smart is a part of Moloch, which has reached the southern region of the continent and found sanctuary deep inside the Neojungle. Smart has completely disregarded directives, producing strange half-machines combined with living organisms, including regeneration-capable biodroids and micro-robots functioning as parasites equipped with technologically advanced, electromagnetic weaponry. Most Smart bases are hidden deep underground, their actions masked behind a veil of mystery, concealed from both humans and Moloch, alike.

Steel Police, one of the symbols of Neuroshima world, now enters the universe of Neuroshima Hex...

Neuroshima Hex! Steel Police is the first army pack, part of a series of mini game expansions containing one Neuroshima Hex army. The army's author in none other than the game's author, Micha Oracz. The Steel Police army pack introduces a new ability in a Neuroshima Hex line. It is called Reflection. Reflection protects the army unit from all attacks directed at its side marked with Reflection icon. Such attack is reflected in the opposite direction for a distance of one field and hits an enemy tile (Unit, HQ or Module) if it stands on an adjacent field on the line of attack. Reflected attack doesn't harm Steel Police tiles.

The Steel Police is a wandering brigade of law and order fanatics, clad in pre-war, experimental power armor. Chemicals applied by the armor and cybernetic enhancements increase the organism’s abilities at the expense of the psyche – Steel Police officers will automatically respond to anything the program identifies as threat or crime. They appear out of nowhere and pacify the area amid the roar of explosions and gunfire.

Unblemished lawfulness worthy of the automatic machine quickly makes the people of redeemed lands yearn for the old chaos and anarchy.

Neuroshima Hex! Steel Police is the first army pack, part of a series of mini game expansions containing one Neuroshima Hex army. The Troglodytes arrive every winter, when it snows and the water freezes. The savage cannibals fill the battlefield with warriors and are prepared to sacrifice one unit to bolster the other. There’s not much humanity left in them - it was replaced by rage and hunger.

This new army comes with a big amount of fighting units and Battle tiles. Troglodytes easily adapt to the situation on the board. By cannibalizing their own units, they earn Satiety markers. Those with Greater Satiety can inflict more wounds, are faster, more mobile, and resistant. On the other hand, sacrificing their own units depletes their numbers and limits their ability to initiate a Battle by occupying an entire board.

Pre-war uranium mines with hidden underground equipment and crews managed to survive the apocalypse and are still extracting valuable uranium. Over the following decades, much of the heavy mining machinery was transformed into deadly weapons and sent to defend the underground fortresses. In this way a new town was founded: Uranopolis, a rich mining town that aims to guard its treasures from being plundered by grabby neighbors.

Neuroshima Hex! Uranopolis brings this army to life in the Neuroshima Hex! base game.

Vegas felt the effects of the war to a lesser extent than the majority of US cities and is one of a few surviving civilization centers, where you can live a higher life standard than in most parts of the ruined continent. Neuroshima Hex! is a strategy board game set in the post-apocalyptic world of Neuroshima. Each player leads one of the four Armies: Borgo, Hegemony, Moloch, or Outpost. Each Army deck consists of 34 tiles including Warriors, Modules, and Actions. You begin the game with your HQ at 20 hit points and wage war against your opponent in a back and forth strategic battle as you place and manipulate your tiles. You win once you’ve destroyed your opponent’s HQ or once a player runs out of tiles and your HQ has less damage than your opponent’s.

Armies wage endless battles set in the world of the original Neuroshima RPG: a post-apocalyptic universe torn apart by war between humans and machines. The remains of humanity took shelter in the ruins of cities and organized small communities, gangs, and armies. Conflicts between such groups are not uncommon—territory, food, and equipment are scarce, and well worth the fight. Moreover, the ruined cities are constantly patrolled by the machines sent from the north, where Moloch, a vast cybernetic entity, appeared. Great wastelands—surrounding what was left of once great cities—are home to another distinct enemy: Borgo, a charismatic leader who controls an army of gruesome mutants. The Outpost is one of humanity’s last hopes, and its perfectly organized army wages guerilla warfare against Moloch at every turn. Nevertheless, most human settlements, including the Hegemony, only enter battle when it comes banging on their door. Such is the world of Neuroshima.

This first expansion to Neuroshima Hex contains two additional armies, plus terrain and other useful tiles, reference cards, and a campaign.

Convoy is a card game for two players, which is set in a post-apocalyptic world of Neuroshima, known for games such as Neuroshima hex, 51st State, or The New Era, a world where humanity struggles with an army of machines.

Convoy is an asymmetric game, one player commands the convoy of powerful robots, which are moving towards New York. Its goal is to reach New York and turn it into ashes. The player has a deck of 35 cards: robots of Moloch (such as the Gauss Cannon, Clown, or Juggernaut), modules, attached to the robots (such as Network module, Kasparov module), and special cards (such as Push back, or Move). He plays those cards in the cities he passess while moving towards NY, trying to turn human settlements into dust and get ready for the final battle for New York.

The game lasts about 30 to 45 minutes, requires a hefty dose of combining, bluffing, predicting what cards the opponent may have on his hand, is full of twists and turns, and as usual in the case of our games  in a great way combines the story of the game with fine mechanics.

DUEL: 2nd expansion to Neuroshima Hex: includes 2 new armies, and a new board. So this expansion can be played stand alone or mixed in with the base game (and other expansions). The new board includes "terminals" which can be activated using energy to do funky stuff on the board.
