Star Wars Armada: Imperial Class Star Destroyer Expansion Pack
Star Wars Armada: Imperial Class Star Destroyer Expansion Pack

At the height of the Galactic Civil War, the Imperial-class Star Destroyer was the commanding cornerstone of the Imperial Navy. Measuring 1,600 meters in length, a single Imperial-class Star Destroyer would boast a crew of more than 37,000 and carried a standard complement of four TIE fighter squadrons, one TIE interceptor squadron, and one squadron of TIE bombers. It could also carry an entire legion of stormtroopers, along with AT-ATs, AT-STs, and other landing craft. Most importantly, each Imperial-class Star Destroyer sported armament powerful enough to bring wayward systems to heel under Imperial control.

The Imperial-class Star Destroyer Expansion Pack brings this behemoth battleship to your games of Armada with one pre-painted miniature, two ship cards, three command dials, eighteen upgrades, and all requisite tokens.

Moreover, even as it affords you the opportunities to snare your foes with a tractor beam and fly your fleet to battle under the command of Darth Vader, the Imperial-class Star Destroyer Expansion Pack introduces a new type of defense token to your Imperial fleet: the Contain defense token. Featured on both the Imperial I-class and Imperial II-class Star Destroyers, the Contain token can cancel the standard critical effect of a shot that passes through your shields to your hull. Given the devastating nature of many of the critical effects in the Armada damage deck, the Contain token is a valuable tool that you'll want to spend wisely as you use your Star Destroyers to spread fear throughout the galaxy.

• An Imperial starship expansion for the Star Wars: Armada miniatures game
• Features one large-base, pre-painted Imperial-class Star Destroyer miniature
• Field your Star Destroyer in battle as either an Imperial I- or Imperial II-class Star Destroyer
• Eighteen upgrades include the new commander version of Darth Vader
• Comes with all the dials and tokens you need to fly your Star Destroyer to battle

Star Wars Armada: Imperial Fighter Squadrons II Expansion Pack
Star Wars Armada: Imperial Fighter Squadrons II Expansion Pack

The Empire's response to the continued spread of rebellion is the development of wildly advanced new fighters and the tactics their squadrons permit.

The Imperial Fighter Squadrons II Expansion Pack introduces eight new squadrons, two each of four different types – the highly Strategic Lambda-class Shuttle, the punishing VT-49 Decimator and TIE Defender Squadron, and the elusive TIE Phantom Squadron. Each of these new types of squadrons comes, in turn, with two cards, one unique and one non-unique.

What will you find among these squadrons? New stat lines and abilities that allow you to better tailor your fleet and squadrons to your overall strategy.

The Lambda-class Shuttle comes with the Relay ability, allowing it to communicate your squadron commands to fighters outside of your ship's command range, but within distance 1–3 of the shuttle. With its Rogue keyword, its eight hull, and a battery armament of three blue dice, the VT-49 Decimator is effectively a tiny capital ship that you can use to harass larger foes, and the TIE Phantom Squadron can Cloak in battle, moving up to distance 1, even if it is currently engaged.

• Features two copies each of four new types of fighter squadrons
• Eight squadron cards allow you to field your squadrons as nonuniques or as ace squadrons
• Rogue VT-49 Decimators feature hull and armament stats that rival those of capital ships
• Permits the exploration of new tactics with its Strategic, Cloak, and Relay abilities

Star Wars Imperial Assault
Star Wars Imperial Assault

Katso pelin traileri valmistajan Youtube -sivuilta.

Imperial Assault is a strategy board game of tactical combat and missions for two to five players, offering two distinct games of battle and adventure in the Star Wars universe!

Imperial Assault casts you and your friends into the climatic events following the Death Star’s destruction above Yavin 4, and offers two full game experiences within the Star Wars universe. In the campaign game, you and up to four other friends play a series of thrilling missions woven together in a narrative campaign, and in the skirmish game, you and your opponent muster your own strike teams and battle head-to-head over conflicting objectives.

Two Games in One
The first game included in Imperial Assault is the campaign game, which allows up to five players to enter the Star Wars universe through a narrative story composed of linked missions. One player commands the armed forces of the Galactic Empire, while up to four others play as heroes of the Rebellion, engaging in covert operations and missions. Both the forces of the Empire and the Rebel heroes gain new skills and items throughout the campaign, allowing characters to develop and grow as the story unfolds.

Imperial Assault offers a completely distinct game experience in the skirmish game. Skirmish missions allow you and a friend to compete in head-to-head, tactical combat. You’ll muster your own teams of Imperial, Rebel, and Mercenary forces, and build decks of Command cards, which you can play to gain an unexpected advantage. Each skirmish mission has its own objectives. Whether you recover lost holocrons, or battle to defeat a raiding party, you’ll find danger and tense, tactical choices in every skirmish.

As an added bonus, the Luke Skywalker Ally Pack and the Darth Vader Villain Pack are both included within the Imperial Assault Core Set. You’ll find sculpted plastic figures inside these figure packs alongside new campaign and skirmish missions that highlight Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader within Imperial Assault.

Lead Your Strike Team
Imperial Assault’s campaign game offers you and your friends a narrative campaign with over thirty possible missions. Every mission in Imperial Assault is constructed using some of over fifty double-sided interlocking map tiles, depicting a massive range of Star Wars environments, from the jungles of Yavin 4, to the dusty wastes of Tatooine, to the metallic corridors of an Imperial base.

When playing a campaign, one player commands the limitless forces of the Galactic Empire, including stormtroopers, Imperial officers, AT-ST walkers, assorted mercenaries, and iconic villains such as IG-88 and Darth Vader. The power of the entire Empire is at your fingertips as you outwit, entrap, and exterminate Rebels wherever you find them. Whether you hunt down the Rebel scum with Trandoshan mercenaries, or defend strategic strongpoints with the Royal Guard, the forces of the Empire pose a dire threat to the Rebel Alliance.

Up to four other players oppose the might of the Empire during the campaign game, each playing as an elite Rebel operative and sometimes fighting alongside well-known characters like Luke Skywalker and Han Solo. You might take on the role of a smuggler, a Wookiee warrior, or even a Force user as you strive to defeat the Empire’s schemes. Every hero also features his own Class cards, allowing your character to learn new skills and abilities over the course of the campaign.

Campaign missions test your skills to the limit as the heroes and the Imperial player battle to dominate the mission with the figures they control. Whenever you activate a figure, you may take two actions. You can move, attack with melee or ranged attacks, open doors, investigate crates for useful items, or rest to recover strain and damage. The actions you choose and the way you execute them are crucial to the success of every mission. For more information on actions, visit the description page, and check back for future Imperial Assault previews.

When playing the Rebels, you and your fellow heroes must coordinate your actions and work as a team to defeat the superior numbers of the Imperial player, scorching the air with blaster fire as you strive to complete the mission’s objective. The heroes must move quickly, however, because the Empire’s reserves are limitless. When you play as an Imperial player, every round increases your threat dial. Threat can be spent to replenish squads and summon reinforcements, bringing you closer to crushing the Rebel strike team beneath your armed forces.

During a campaign mission, only the Imperial player has access to all of the mission’s information, meaning the heroes never know exactly what traps may await. The Droid you’re looking for may be behind a door, but you don’t know if it’s unguarded, or if you’ll see the ominous figure of Darth Vader when you open the door.

All is not lost for the brave heroes of the Rebel Alliance, however. Both the heroes and the Imperial player have a chance to prepare for surprises during the campaign by using their experience to learn new skills, and their credits to purchase new weapons and survival gear.

Choose Your Missions and Your Gear
You’ll find a host of different missions, objectives, enemies, and allies throughout the Imperial Assault campaign. As the campaign progresses, your available missions can change dramatically based on the outcomes of past missions. With the variety of side missions included in Imperial Assault, you’ll never encounter the same campaign twice. You may be captured while investigating an Imperial base, or an old friend may suddenly call in some favors. Whether your mission is stealing data from encrypted Imperial consoles, silencing an Imperial distress beacon, or helping Han Solo settle his debts, every mission puts you in the center of the action in the Star Wars universe.

An armory of items and class cards for both Imperials and Rebels adds further replayability to your games of Imperial Assault. Whether you’re playing as a smuggler, a renegade, or another hero of the Rebellion, you can continue to grow and gain skills and abilities that match your specialization. You can also earn credits over the course of the campaign to buy items ranging from blaster pistols to vibroaxes, complete with modifications such as a tactical display or a spread barrel. As the heroes gather equipment and experience, the Empire is not idle. Throughout the campaign, the Empire also has the opportunity to enhance its military might, technological superiority, and subversive tactics.

Battle Head-to-Head
In addition to a campaign of missions, you’ll be able to take on your friend in one of six two-player, head-to-head skirmish missions by mustering your own squads of Imperials, Rebels, or Mercenaries. Each of the skirmish missions included within Imperial Assault thrusts you and a friend into direct combat.

In a standard skirmish mission, you and your friend separately assemble teams of soldiers with iconic heroes and villains from the classic Star Wars films, and build decks of Command cards to give your warriors unexpected advantages in battle. Between choosing heroes, villains, and squads from three distinct factions, and building a command deck out of dozens of possible command cards, you’ll have plenty of options for customizing your strike force.

During the mission itself, you and your opponent battle over conflicting objectives. Whether you’re racing to escape with a deadly T-16 Skyhopper, or collecting contraband for the Hutts, you’ll find high stakes and tense, tactical combat in every Imperial Assault skirmish mission. You’ll be able to learn more about the skirmish game in future previews of Imperial Assault.

Father and Son
As an added bonus, the Luke Skywalker Ally Pack and the Darth Vader Villain Pack are both included in the Imperial Assault Core Set. Each pack contains a sculpted plastic figure, alongside an additional campaign side mission and two new skirmish missions using a common map. Together, these two figure packs give you a total of thirty-two campaign missions and six skirmish missions within Imperial Assault! These packs bring added life to both Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader, and they mark the beginning of Ally Packs and Villain Packs that will expand and support your games of Imperial Assault.

Mission Briefing
Each game of Imperial Assault takes place during a cinematic mission. The objective of your mission can be nearly anything: recovering a critical data core, working with Chewbacca to steal crates of lucrative spice, or escaping bounty hunters eager to collect the price on your head. Whether you’re infiltrating an Imperial base or helping Luke Skywalker escape Imperial entanglements, every mission offers more danger and excitement.

The boards for these missions are constructed using over fifty double-sided, interlocking map tiles that combine to construct a massive variety of Star Wars environments. You may find yourself bushwhacking through the jungles of Yavin 4, or sneaking into a dusty cantina on Tatooine. Whether you stride through the gleaming corridors of an Imperial base, or make your rendezvous in a dirty factory on Nar Shaddaa, you’ll need to consider the terrain and the lay of the land as you play your missions in Imperial Assault.

Boots on the Ground
Once a mission begins, players alternate activating a single figure or squad of figures. Each figure receives two actions to move, attack, open doors, investigate crates for useful supplies, or rest to recover strain and damage.

When you choose to move a figure, it gains an amount of movement points equal to its speed, and can spend them at any point during its turn, allowing your figures to open doors and keep running, or fire a blaster before ducking behind a corner. In addition to gaining movement points, the heroes in campaign missions can exert themselves further by taking strain. Taking strain allows your hero to move additional spaces or trigger special abilities.

Decisive attacks lie at the heart of both campaign and skirmish missions in Imperial Assault. Figures attack and defend by rolling attack dice and defense dice and comparing the amount of damage rolled against the number of blocks rolled. Surge icons on the dice represent impressive feats of combat prowess and allow you to trigger some of your figure’s powerful combat abilities, but these surges can be cancelled by your opponent’s evade icons. Your opponent’s attack might even miss you entirely if you roll the dodge result! Different weapons allow you to make ranged and melee attacks, and roll different attack dice.

As you move and attack in the campaign game, crates located around the battlefield can provide your heroes with a variety of helpful items. You may find grenades to throw at encroaching Imperial squads, bacta infusions to heal your wounds, or comlinks to radio false alarms. If you can’t find the healing equipment you need in crates, however, your heroes may need to rest. Resting removes strain and damage, but it takes precious time away from battling Imperial soldiers and attaining your objective. You must balance the necessity of rest against the need to push on before the Imperial player brings new squads of enemies against you.

Narrative Campaigns
In the campaign game, you and your friends take on the roles of one of six heroes of the Rebellion, such as a smuggler, a veteran soldier, a Wookiee warrior, or even a Force user. Throughout the missions of the campaign, you continue to play one hero, gaining experience, new skills, and upgraded weapons and armor as the campaign goes on. You play these heroes throughout a campaign, even working with iconic characters like Han Solo and Luke Skywalker in some missions.

Opposing the Rebel players, a single player commands the forces of the Empire, including stormtroopers, probe droids, massive AT-ST walkers, Trandoshan mercenaries, and terrifying villains such as Darth Vader. As the Imperial player, you can draw upon the limitless resources of the Galactic Empire, increasing your threat every round and summoning reinforcements to keep the heroes from reaching their objective. In addition, Imperial Class cards allow the Empire to expand its power and gain new abilities over the course of the campaign.

As you complete campaign missions, your options for future missions change based on the outcomes of past missions, ensuring that you’ll never play the same campaign twice. You may be forced to take unexpected side missions when your ship is impounded, or if you’re captured during a raid on an Imperial base.

Wherever the heroes battle in Imperial Assault, they must take care to not become distracted from their objectives. The resources of the Galactic Empire are truly limitless, and every round the heroes delay increases the Imperial player’s threat dial. As the Imperial player, you can spend threat to replenish your squads or summon reinforcements, overwhelming the small team of Rebel operatives if they fail to accomplish their goals quickly.

In campaign missions, the Imperial player also has the advantage of knowing every secret that awaits as the mission progresses. The Rebels know only their next objective, and any number of surprises may lie ahead. Rebel Intelligence agents may discover Imperial codes behind a door, for example, but you won’t know if the codes are unguarded or if the open door will reveal a squad of stormtroopers.

The campaign also invites both the heroes and the Imperial player to gain new skills and abilities. The Imperial player can focus on maximizing the Empire’s strengths, such as military might, technological superiority, and subversive tactics. The heroes, on the other hand, can learn new skills and abilities by spending experience to gain Class cards. Your heroes can also invest in powerful weapons and equipment with the credits they collect. You can battle with a vibroblade or an A280 blaster rifle, and add modifications to give your weapon a personal touch.

Imperial Troops Advancing

Star Wars Imperial Assault: Ahsoka Tano Ally Pack
Star Wars Imperial Assault: Ahsoka Tano Ally Pack

Rebel instigator

From her humble beginnings as a headstrong student, Ahsoka Tano grew admirably into her roles as warrior, leader, and spy. She's just the rebellious sort of figure you'll want on your side as you hope to recover this lost Force artifact for the Rebellion—or, at the very least, keep it from falling into the hands of figures like Maul or the Emperor.

With her Force talents and rebellious spirit, Ahsoka may offer you just the edge you need to survive your adventures on Coruscant. Using the Force to enhance her leaps, she can quickly move into position wherever she and her twin lightsabers are needed most. And then she can press the attack with one blue die and two green dice, as well as the ability her Twin Sabers provide her to reroll all her attack dice or all the defender's defense dice.

Moreover, Ahsoka's talents, spirit, and connection to the Force pervade the rest of the Ahsoka Tano Ally Pack, as well. If you're daring enough, you can join her as she works against the Empire in new side mission that you can add to your campaign. You'll find Ahsoka's Force talents reflected by four of the expansion's five new Command cards, and the fifth takes full advantage of her talents as a Spy. And two new skirmish missions provide ample opportunities for you to fight alongside Ahsoka, sowing chaos in the heart of the Empire.

• A Rebel faction figure pack for Imperial Assault
• A plastic Ahsoka Tano figure comes poised for action in either your campaign or skirmish games
• Five Command cards highlight her connection to the Force and her talents as a Spy
• Fight alongside Ahsoka in two new skirmish missions and sow chaos in the heart of the Empire
• A new mission highlights Ahsoka’s maneuverability and skill with her twin lightsabers

Star Wars Imperial Assault: Bespin Gambit Expansion
Star Wars Imperial Assault: Bespin Gambit Expansion

Bespin Gambit, a new expansion for Imperial Assault!

The effects of the Galactic Civil War can be felt on every planet of the Star Wars galaxy. On industrialized planets, the inhabitants may be forced to work in brutal conditions, slaves to the construction of the Imperial war machine. Other worlds may be torn by war as legions of Stormtroopers and massive assault walkers squelch any dissension against the Empire’s rule.

On other planets, however, the war is fought in secret, in the shadows of dark alleys, disused conference rooms, and secret meetings. Information is exchanged between faceless Rebel spies, even as the terrifying Imperial Security Bureau searches for their undercover foes. Now, The Bespin Gambit brings this shadow war to your games of Imperial Assault.

In The Bespin Gambit, you’ll find a wealth of new content to take your campaigns and skirmishes into the ritzy hotels and industrial underworks of Cloud City. Iconic characters like Bossk and Lando Calrissian join the game for the first time, gorgeous new map tiles portray some of the most memorable Cloud City locations, while new companions and a new condition change the flow every game. With two new Rebel heroes, one new Imperial class, new items, a new mini-campaign, and a new focus on your Spy characters, The Bespin Gambit offers an indispensable bonus to every Imperial Assault player.

The Bespin Gambit is also joined by four new figure packs that introduce new missions, cards, and detailed, sculpted figures of their subjects. You can learn more about the Lando Calrissian Ally Pack, the Bossk Villain Pack, the Agent Blaise Villain Pack, and the ISB Infiltrators Villain Pack in their announcement article here.

Among the Clouds
You’ve outwitted the galaxy’s deadliest bounty hunters among the tangled streets of Tatooine’s spaceports in the Twin Shadows expansion. You’ve walked through icy fields of snow and fled from the Empire’s oncoming walkers with Return to Hoth. Now, The Bespin Gambit takes you to another iconic location from the Star Wars universe: Cloud City. Under the control of Baron Administrator Lando Calrissian, Cloud City has become a prosperous center of industry and tourism—and a center for the undercover conflict between Rebel spies and ISB agents.

With the unique figures and tiles included in this expansion, you can recreate Cloud City as you first saw it in The Empire Strikes Back. From luxurious guest quarters and balconies, to narrow gantries stretching over an endless void, to the dramatic atmosphere of the carbon freezing chamber, a familiar environment greets you everywhere you look, even as you experience an entirely new story.

The Bespin Gambit’s contributions to the campaign game center on an entirely new mini-campaign. On Cloud City, an agent working under the command of Lando Calrissian has infiltrated the Imperial Security Bureau and secured a number of top-secret military codes. Unfortunately, contact with the agent was lost immediately afterwards. The stage is set for a shadow war—the Alliance has dispatched a few covert operatives to find the missing agent, even as the ISB races to recover its missing codes.

You’ll also find an entirely new skirmish map in The Bespin Gambit that takes full advantage of the stunning new tiles included here. With two distinct missions, this skirmish map challenges you to control the Carbon-freezing Chamber, whether you’re freezing your opponent’s figures in carbonite or fighting for control of precious tibanna gas reserves.

I’m with the Alliance
For Rebels across the galaxy, The Bespin Gambit offers the chance to add two new heroes into your strike teams, whether you're traveling to Cloud City for the new mini-campaign or skirmishing against an enemy strike team. One of the new heroes is Davith Elso, a Force user and a master of stealthy operations. In battle, Davith Elso is fast and elusive, using the power of the Force to hide his attacks from his enemies until it’s too late.

Davith also offers you an opportunity to explore the new condition introduced in The Bespin Gambit: Hidden. As long as Davith Elso is wielding a melee weapon, he can spend a surge in combat to Hide—while Hidden, you reduce the accuracy of any attack targeting you, increasing the chance that ranged attacks will miss. What’s more, you gain an automatic surge to your first attack as you use the element of surprise to gain the upper hand. After your attack, you lose your Hidden condition, but if you prefer to wait and strike at the opportune moment, Hidden can keep your figures alive until they attack.

Davith Elso isn’t the only new hero the Rebels gain in this expansion. They also receive the aid of Murne Rin, an Ithorian intelligence master who excels at passing false information to the enemy and keeping your own heroes out the enemy’s firing lines. With entirely new decks of Class cards, both new heroes offer never-before-seen playstyles. When you combine the Rebel heroes’ Class decks with new Item cards and Supply cards, you’ll be able to customize your character to create whatever hero you want to play.

Lawlessness and Vice
The Mercenaries of the Star Wars galaxy also receive reinforcements with the upcoming release of The Bespin Gambit. Two new figure groups enter the game in this expansion—the renowned Cloud City Wing Guard and the Ugnaught Tinkerers who work and live in the depths of the floating city. Both new figure groups owe their allegiance to the Mercenaries faction, rather than the Galactic Empire or the Rebel Alliance, though the Imperial player can still take full advantage of these figures during a campaign game.

One of these figure groups, the Ugnaught Tinkerer, introduces brand-new rules to the game by using their junk droids as warriors. As an action, an Ugnaught Tinkerer can place the Junk Droid companion in an adjacent space. Companions function like normal figures, but their abilities and activation are tied to the card that brought them into play. In this case, the Junk Droid can ready at the start of the Ugnaught Tinkerer’s activation. Then, it activates as if it were part of the Ugnaught’s group, even using the Ugnaught’s surge abilities for its attacks. Rebel operatives and ISB agents alike should be wary of the Ugnaught Tinkerers when they’re surrounded by Junk Droids.

New figures aren’t the only ways to expand your power as the Imperial player in The Bespin Gambit, of course. You’ll also find two new Agenda sets, including cards like Contingency Plan , which you can use to become Hidden without warning. You’ll also find an entirely new Imperial class—Imperial Black Ops. By hiding and striking from cover with cards like Surprise Attack , the Imperial Black Ops class may be your key to winning the war of subterfuge and sneak attacks in Cloud City.

You’ll be able to get a closer look at these new Mercenaries figures, as well as the new Agenda and Imperial Class cards in upcoming previews!

Powerful new figures join the Rebel Alliance, the Galactic Empire, and the Mercenaries of the galaxy with these Ally Packs and Villain Packs! Bossk was one of the bounty hunters searching for the Millennium Falcon in The Empire Strikes Back, and with this figure pack, you can harness his unbridled ferocity. Whether you’re taking contracts for the Mercenaries faction in a skirmish or working for the Imperial player in a campaign, Bossk will quickly prove himself a dangerous hunter.

During your campaigns, the Bossk Villain Pack offers new challenges and thrills with an additional Agenda set to supplement your other cards. You can use these Agenda cards to brutally hunt down the Rebels or smuggle guns through the Toydarian wilderness, but no matter how you use them in the game, Bossk is sure to endanger the heroes with his wild attacks and regenerative talents.

You may also include Bossk in your strike team for a skirmish game. Two new skirmish missions introduced in this figure pack challenge you to navigate the dangers of a Wasskah Hunting Ground, and an assortment of new Command cards introduce unexpected and unpredictable maneuvers. For instance, you may play Wild Attack when you declare an attack to immediately add one red die to your attack pool! If you need to destroy a powerful figure in a single attack or suffer the consequences, Wild Attack might give you the edge you need.

• A new campaign side mission invites you to smuggle guns through the Toydarian wilderness

Star Wars Imperial Assault: General Sorin Villain Pack
Star Wars Imperial Assault: General Sorin Villain Pack

The final Villain Pack in these expansions focuses on General Sorin, one of the Empire’s foremost military minds. General Sorin leads by example on the battlefield, coordinating attacks and inspiring his own troops to benefit from his abilities. In your games of Imperial Assault, General Sorin is an excellent centerpiece to enhance the potential of every figure in your forces.

During a campaign, General Sorin comes with a three-card Agenda set that plays to General Sorin’s favored weapons – heavy vehicles and an explosive arsenal. You might play the Armored Division Agenda card to quickly lower the cost of any Vehicle unit, allowing you to bring it into play for a significantly lower cost. Alternatively, you could challenge the heroes to face down a division of AT-STs on Ando Prime with this set’s Agenda mission. Whether you use the Bombardment Agenda set or not, General Sorin is a worthy nemesis for the campaign included in the Return to Hoth expansion.

You may also harness General Sorin’s natural leadership in the Imperial Assault skirmish game. Two new skirmish missions bring you to a Climate Research Camp, where you’ll fight on a variety of different terrain types set in close proximity to each other. Finally, three new Command cards expand the field tactics of the Galactic Empire, meaning that the General Sorin Villain Pack is an excellent addition to any Imperial strike team in the skirmish game.

• An Imperial figure pack for Star Wars: Imperial Assault
• Boost your forces with the cunning and brilliant leadership of General Sorin
• Offers a sculpted plastic figure to replace the token found in the Return to Hoth expansion
• New Command cards and skirmish missions expand your skirmish game options
• Chase the heroes across the sector during your campaigns with a new Agenda set

Star Wars Imperial Assault: Greedo Villain Pack
Star Wars Imperial Assault: Greedo Villain Pack

As a bounty hunter on the Outer Rim, Greedo has long needed to survive by his skills and his wits. Though he has a reputation for being slow on the draw, his price is cheap and perhaps best of all, he’s expendable. If you want a bounty hunter who can lead a group of hired guns in a desperate attack, you should certainly consider the Greedo Villain Pack.

Costing only four points to include in your army, Greedo might be just the bounty hunter you need to fill out your strike team. Losing Greedo won’t be a strong blow to your side, but until your opponent actually spends the attacks to destroy him, you’ll be able to do a significant amount of damage with Greedo. Two new skirmish missions included in this pack bring your strike teams into a fortified hangar bay, giving you the opportunity to use In the Shadows to sneak up on your enemies before they spot you.

Greedo can also turn up in your campaign games of Imperial Assault with a new Item card and a new three-card Agenda set that includes a new Agenda mission. Whether you’re claiming a death mark on a high-profile Rebel operative on Ord Mantell, walking through the streets of Mos Eisley, or working for the Empire in Cloud City, Greedo can have a significant influence on every campaign.

• A new three-card Agenda set invites you to hunt down your enemies across the galaxy
• New Command cards and a new skirmish upgrade make Greedo a force to be reckoned with in any Imperial Assault skirmish
• Features a beautifully sculpted plastic figure of Greedo

Star Wars Imperial Assault: Heart of the Empire Expansion
Star Wars Imperial Assault: Heart of the Empire Expansion

A new expansion for Imperial Assault!

Adventure among the awesome Coruscant cityscape, and face its myriad dangers. Only the bravest rebels dare to operate here, but when it becomes vital to locate an ancient artifact before the Emperor can claim it as his own, you'll set forth on a new, highly replayable campaign of sixteen missions that explore every level of the world, from its glistening halls of power to its grimy underworld alleys.

You'll find three new heroes ready to join the Rebellion, aided by the talented Force user Ahsoka Tano. You'll maneuver through the crowded city, pursued and confronted by Imperials at every turn. And you'll find the Emperor isn't the only major player working against you. The former Sith, Maul, has sent a Clawdite Shapeshifter to pursue the artifact, and any face in the crowd might hide the Shapeshifter's true identity.

Altogether, Heart of the Empire expands your campaign and skirmish games with three heroes and thirteen other figures, including the massive AT-DP, baton-wielding Riot Troopers, and twin-gunned Sentry Droids. Coruscant comes to life with dozens of new map tiles and more than 130 cards. New energy shield and rubble tokens will throw a wrench in your opponent’s plans by modifying the battlefield, and new power tokens give you more control over your fate than ever before!

Campaigns in Coruscant
Alone among the innumerable residents of the galaxy's central city, the heroes of the Heart of the Empire campaign have a tremendous challenge ahead of them. They must continue the reconnaissance begun by another band of Rebels. That team sent word of a powerful artifact sought as a weapon by agents of the Empire, but then its members went missing, presumably because they were captured.

Now the streets of Coruscant lie before them, below them, behind and above them, as do all the mysteries they contain. And the race is on. If the heroes aren't the first to identify the artifact's location, then it might fall into the hands of a mercenary or one those agents who serve the Emperor. Or—if the rumors are to be believed—the Emperor himself may be taking part in the search.

Accordingly, if you enter this campaign as one of the Rebel heroes, you're going to need to muster every bit of strength at your disposal. Fortunately for you, Heart of the Empire offers you new options in the form of companions and power tokens.

The support figures known as "companions" return to Imperial Assault to bolster both a hero class and an Imperial class. These companions enter play through various game effects and are always associated with a specific hero or group. They count and function as figures, with a few exceptions, and they activate immediately before or after their associated hero or group.

Power tokens, such as those generated and handed out by Rebel Quartermaster Ko-Tun Feralo, , represent a variety of things that increase a unit’s effectiveness in battle, from enhanced armaments to affinity with the Force. Once armed with one of these tokens, a figure that declares an attack or is declared as the target of an attack may discard one of its power tokens to apply that token's symbol to the attack’s results.

Spend your token to boost your attack by a point of damage, or spend your to reduce the chances that your opponent surges for an attack that stuns you or cleaves into your friend.

Armed for Battle
With Heart of the Empire, Ko-Tun Feralo brings these power tokens to your skirmish games as well. Her passive Arms Distribution ability triggers at the beginning of each round, making her an excellent leader and invaluable ally, especially since friendly figures who spend their power tokens during their attacks may make them Deadly Precise.

Still, Heart of the Empire adds a lot more to your skirmish games than just its new heroes, their power tokens, and their companions. You'll be able to bolster your armies with the expansion's new units, and you'll gain full use of the new tactics they introduce through ten new command cards. Additionally, you'll find a trio of new skirmish upgrades designed to add flexibility to some of the game's most iconic figures.

Ever wonder what Darth Vader might look like in your skirmish games as he presses his inexorable attack, cutting through foes with his red-bladed lightsaber, Force choking others, and fully Driven by Hatred and anger? With Heart of the Empire, you'll have that chance!

And as if whole cluster of new figures, command cards, and skirmish upgrades weren't yet enough to get you excited about Heart of the Empire, there's still more. The expansion come with rules and a map for four-player skirmishes—both as Team Battles and as wild Free-for-Alls. Take the cooperative aspect you love from your campaign and import it to the skirmish game, or just prove that your army's tough enough to take on all comers!

Either way, you'll find plenty of opportunities to make use of all the new units and power tokens that Heart of the Empire allows you to distribute between your factions and enhance them all.
